My Story
Health and fitness have always fascinated me — but not in the way you might expect. For most of my life, I was caught up in the same cycle so many of us know well: chasing what "healthy" was supposed to look like, trying every diet, every program, every quick fix, all while grinding through a demanding career in law. On the outside, I was keeping up. On the inside, I was running on empty and slowly falling into habits that had nothing to do with actual health and everything to do with trying to look a certain way.
It took getting really sick before I could get really well.
What started as a three-month step away from my legal career to focus on my own recovery quietly became something much bigger. As I healed — physically, mentally, and emotionally — I rediscovered something I hadn't felt in years: the pure joy of moving just to move. No agenda, no mirror, no goal other than the feeling itself. The kind of movement that makes you feel like a kid again — where you're not thinking about calories or aesthetics, you're just alive in your body and loving it. That craving for joyful, intuitive movement became the foundation of everything I now believe about health.
I discovered what it actually means to feel good in your body, not just appear to. That shift changed everything — and it sent me down a path of deepening my knowledge so I could help others do the same. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) accredited Certified Personal Trainer, a RYT-200 registered yoga teacher, and an Advanced Mat Pilates instructor. But more than any credential, what drives me is the lived experience of finding my way back to myself — and knowing that you can too.
I never planned on leaving law. But once I experienced what true, sustainable health felt like, I couldn't imagine doing anything other than helping others find that same feeling. So here I am — trading the courtroom for something I believe in just as deeply: helping you cut through the noise, ditch the all-or-nothing thinking, and finally feel the way you deserve to feel.
